A lovely example of this far scarcer variety with "18-63" surcharges. The centering is picture perfect, the bronzing bright and the color exceptional. Gem examples are virtually impossible to find so usually a nice Ch. or Very Ch. CU note is what collectors are left grasping for. This is worth far in excess of what the common Fr. 1317 and Fr. 1318 are valued at.
