This is the scarcest of the 16 First Issue Fractional varieties and certainly the scarcest in Ch. CU or better grade. Bright paper, deep color and excellent centering welcome this note into someone's collection. Examples in this grade generally approach the four-figure mark and such a result would certainly not surprise us here.
