A lovely example of this Second Issue higher denomination Fractional type. The surcharges are far more clearly defined than what is usually seen, particularly the "A" which is frequently just a blob. Ample margins on all sides with the top to bottom centering falling just short of Gem status. Green Sheet ask is $275 and we don't feel that is asking enough.
