Simply a rare note no matter how you slice it and the first Delaware issue where David Hall joined Benjamin Franklin. PCGS notes splits, pinned and backed but who cares? The Newman plate note is hardly nicer looking than this one and is also replete with problems. Do not be surprised to see our estimate prove to be conservative. No value is given in Newman and Friedberg calls this very rare.
