An interesting treasury office certificate with accounting table computations. The typeset date 1789 has been crossed out and 1790 handwritten in its place. The treasurer's signature has been crossed out and this item certified the transfer of old notes for new notes. Anderson Price of Liberty catalog number CT-27. We have rarely seen these offered for sale and are sure this will be well-received.
