An astounding example from this common Maryland issue from which Ch. CU notes are very scarce and legitimate Gems are absolutely rare. This note appears to have it all; huge margins on all sides (including a nearly full left indent), stunning print quality, thick and boldly executed signatures and mountainous embossing. If ever there were a note from this issue that looks like a Gem this is it. Newman lists this at $250 in XF with no higher grade given.
