50c Second Issue Fiber Paper Experimental Back T-1-18-63 Surcharges

Cancelled with the usual half-moon cancels and purple 'SPECIMEN' stamped across the face. Bold 'T-1-18-63' surcharges are seen and the red color is superb. A real Gem of a note but for a repaired horizontal tear extending through the top half of the note.
