An absolutely stunning example of this much scarcer fiber paper Experimental that has bright paper, superb color and crystal clear surcharges. It is the same as Fr. 1249 but for the lack of a face engraving. Perhaps half-dozen are known and this is one of the highest graded and prettiest examples you will find. In our 2013 PCDA sale, we sold one graded AU that realized $920 and this note is far superior. Rare in this uncancelled state.
