This is a rare and valuable type that is rarely ever offered for sale. There have only been three appearances since we sold this note in 2000 and this Friedberg number was absent from the Diamond Bar collection. I was clearly conservative when I graded it back then. I would say there are only four or five nicer known today. This type has a small red seal and a pink flourish across the top. It could be a long wait for another decent example. PCGS notes minor edge restoration.
