An evenly circulated note from this Cook County bank that has only five large notes reported. None have been offered, either large or small size, since 2000. This example has decent stamped signatures. The village of Palatine was planned in 1855 around a recently-constructed rail depot that serviced two lines. It was incorporated in 1866.
