In 2015 a battle must have occurred between serious collectors as a Fine $10 realized $1,292; of course that was a #1 while this is #99. There are 16 small notes recorded on this bank. There is an ink spot on the lower left face. Cullom was founded in 1878 with the arrival of the Illinois Central Railroad to its new settlers. It was incorporated in 1890 and is the home town of Arnold Beckman, inventor of the pH meter (1934).
