This is one of the most beautiful hundreds I have seen. The centering is outrageous, the color exceptional and the overall appeal is staggering. There are 47 serial numbers listed for this signature combination, and 11 are permanently tied up. Of the 31 out there, one is listed in the census as UNC, from the Cookson sale, and it realized $16,500. This note last appeared in CAA's September 2000 sale (Lot 1820) and sold for $9,350. Graded Gem UNC 65 by CGA.
