A lovely Red Seal with eye-popping color. The bank isn't scarce with 15 notes reported but Red Seals are hard to come by. Only two are known and, although they are graded the same by Kelly, I can't imagine the other note could be superior to this one. It took $21,100 to acquire this jewel when it surfaced on eBay back in 2005. Completely original and problem-free with great pen signatures. L.B. Keith, Cashier signed clearly but J.J.
