There were two national banks in this Clinton County community, but only this one issued Red Seals. It was chartered in 1902 and printed 5,400 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20. There are just three Red Seals known and the best is a #1. This note is pleasing but there is a paper clip rust spot near the center. From L.
