A large Midwestern industrial center, this Allen County city had nine national banks, but only this bank and one other issued Red Seals. They issued 15,000 $5-$5-$5-$5 sheets, 18,000 $10-$10-$10-$20 sheets and 1,000 $50-$100 sheets. This was the reorganized charter for old #11.
