A great rarity from a small town and a bank chartered in 1903 which printed 1,500 sheets of Red Seals as its first National bank notes. This is the only Red Seal known and although it looks like a decent Fine without signatures it has had restoration, but it really looks great. This came from M. Storiem in 1996.
