This early western city was home to 20 national banks and of those six printed Red Seals. THis bank issued 17,500 sheet of $5-5-5-5 and 9,800 sheets of $10-10-10-20. This is one of only three Red Seals reported, out of the 59 large notes recorded on this bank. It has even circulation and excellent signatures of J.A. Thatcher, President and J.C. Mitchell, Cashier.
