Brookville supported three national banks during its existence, but this is the only one that issued Red Seals. Although 2,100 sheets of $10-10-10-120 were issued, the only survivors are from the first sheet, probably saved by a bank official. This is a particularly nice example, with snow white paper and crisp colors. Delicate pen signatures of John C. Shirk, President and George E. Dennett, Cashier.
