Grade: PCGS Fine 15
This is a very scarce and popular $50 silver certificate type that has good centering and great color, yet the grade is way conservative to me. This note would have been graded VF by everyone I know that sells circulated notes and to me this could have easily been in a VF-25 holder, but it is not. This note is new to the census of 17 notes reported, including two in museums; virtually all are average VF. Graded Fine 15 by PCGS.
