A popular Lancaster County bank that issued with these odd Treasury signatures of Rosecrans and Morgan. They are rare and seldom seen. This note is only the fourth National Bank Note reported to have the Rosecrans-Morgan signature combination that was used for a very short period of time, and not long has it even been reported.
