Grade: PCGS Superb Gem New 67 PPQ
I remember seeing these Value Backs decades back and it was clear they were among the best, with this being more true now than ever. Clearly this collector picked the best of the group and with none better we should expect an excellent result. Certainly a prize from this Dauphin County bank. There are only two PMG 67 EPQ notes reported, from LaSalle, Illinois.
