This bank's charter was approved in 1887 and they issued notes until they quit printing Nationals. Here is a nice, evenly circulated Red Seal from this bank that has a single Brown Back and three Red Seals known. Excellent pen signatures that are clear but tough to translate. In October 2010 a $20 Red Seal in VF brought $3,910. There are 21 large notes reported on the bank. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
