Lockport had three national banks but just the two later ones issued any Red Seals. It was with this first title that this bank released 6,600 sheets of Red Seals. However, the note offered here is the only Red Seal known. Thankfully it is an outstanding example. The paper is like new and the folds barely discernable. Off the market since the May 2000 CAA sale.
