A bit scarcer second title note from this large New York City bank. This serial #1 Red Seal is accompanied by a note from Philpott that mentions how he held this note in his collection for 40 years. There are 15 Red Seals reported on this title alone, but this is the only serial #1. The note shows several heavy folds, several of which have begun to split. Tape has been used on the largest tear.
