National Bank Notes > Nebraska

Burwell, First NB, W7340
Fr. 613 $10 1902RS
Grade: Fine
An extremely rare bank and the only institution to issue in Garfield County. Organized in 1904 and liquidated in 1920, only $64,050 worth of notes was issued during its entire existence. Today, two Red Seals (from 400 sheets issued) and one Date back remain for collectors. All are about the same grade, but there are hints that this note is the nicest, despite a modicum of staining. Pen-signed by W. L. McMullen, President, and J. M. Conrad, Cashier. --- Jess Lipka Red Seal Collection --- Jess Lipka Red Seal Collection
Current Bid: $ 13,000.00
