Another large St. Louis bank with 65 large notes in the census. The first notes issued by this institution were Red Seals and they were prolific. Some 22,750 sheets, 13,900 $10-$10-$10-$20 and even 2,100 $50-$100 sheets were printed. however, only a dozen specimens have survived. This is a great looking example, worthy of any type collection.
