Pen signed on back by Major James F. Cummings. He was the commissary for General Bragg's attempted invasion of Kentucky. PMG notes a pinhole. A colorful pair of Augusta stamps on the back. A pretty note and one that has sold for hundreds of dollars in the not too distant past.
