Four piece full set of emergency scrip issued by the Huntington Hotel, Pasadena. The 25˘ has a large area of foxing on face, the 50˘ and $1.00 are clear. The very rare $5.00 has light foxing over a significant area at right. Virtually never available as a set; few $5 are known as only a very small quantity was issued. Millionaires caught without cash while at this exclusive hotel had to use this scrip!
