PCGS has graded only three stars in CU for this district. A '63 PPQ', a '65 non-PPQ' and this amazing '66 PPQ'. Across the entire $50 1950-C series, PCGS has seen the equal of this note in only one other case, that of a single Minneapolis star. That note brought $1,410 at the 2013 FUN sale. PMG has graded a mere handful of $50 1950-C Gem stars, but none exceed the quality of this note. Worth whatever it takes to obtain.
