This Richmond district is not a common note and especially not in this state of preservation. Many $100s were improperly stored as vault cash or stuck away by individuals for that proverbial rainy day, and as a consequence, finding any example as pristine as this one is a chore. Even if one could find an original pack of $100 notes, it is unlikely that more than one note would grade this nice.
