Here is a great new addition to the census. This is only the sixth recorded serial number for this signature combination, Burke-Glass, on a $500 Federal Reserve Note. This example is graded VF 20 Net by PMG and although it has the appearance of an evenly circulated example there is restoration that strengthens that look. The note has excellent centering and color, constant with the grade. There are no printing figures reported for these various districts. In 2007 a PCGS VF 20 realized $39,000, and in 2008 a PMG 25 brought $48,875, while the other offered was a "6" at $7,475, also in 2008.
