The monstrous Taylor collection that had just about every possible small size note did not have one of these. It was not for lack of funds or a condition standard either. The owner had begun buying FRNs in early 1996, so it is clear he simply never saw one to buy. Luckily, you get that chance. The catalog price of $,1500 sounds about right. Great embossing.
