This spectacular error has one of the most major third print shifts we have ever seen. On top of that, the serial numbers are skewed, adding even more eye appeal. One of the district seals and serials is completely inside the portrait area and you can see large portions of two green seals on the top right and bottom left. Also, on the bottom right margin you can barely see the top of a fourth serial number. Graded Gem UNC 65, third print shift, by PMG.
