A portrait of George Washington, presented in an oval frame, dominates the center of this note, while a seated female figure representing Tellus, the Roman goddess of the earth, appears at the lower left. The denomination, presented on different geometric backgrounds, appears in the remaining corners. Lovely ivory paper with dark black printing. Small folds in each corner, with one tiny pinhole at the lower right.
