Fr. 469 $5 1882BB
Grade:
Fine
This tiny Cincinnati institution issued only $5 Brownbacks and was in business a mere 16 months, from early 1886 until June of 1887. The outstanding in 1916 was $610. The "Old West Saloon" layout, the unique type style used for "Cincinnati" and the vanity cashier's signature all combine to make this note a rarity of the first order. Oh yes, this is the only note known on the bank. There is a skinned area on the back. First seal.
