Port Angeles is the departure point for the ferries to Victoria from the Olympic Peninsula. That part of Washington is sparsely populated now, so imagine what it was like in this remote location when this rare Valueback was issued. This new find only puts the count to two on this second title, plus two Plainbacks on the third title. The grade on this note is right on the money and even has good signatures. A great Washington note that is both a rare town as well as being a rare type.
