This San Francisco note is from the BEP Millennium Star Set and comes with all the packaging. The serial numbers for these special notes begins with 2000 and only 9,999 of these San Francisco stars were printed for the 1995 Series. The bottom edge exhibits only minimal traces of the oil staining usually found on these notes. A pretty note.
