This note is from the packaged BEP Millennium Star Set and contains a note from San Francisco. The serial numbers for these special notes begins with 2000 and only 9,999 of these San Francisco stars were printed for the 1995 Series. The bottom edge exhibits only minimal traces of the staining usually found on these notes. This staining looks like oil and was probably cutting blade oil.
