Aside from the Flynn note, which was graded as a Gem, we see very few examples come to the market place. A single center fold is found on this incredibly original star and one of the nicest that your cataloger has seen in a long time. If Gems are worth several thousand then a note that is one fold from being a Gem should be worth a quarter of that.
