Wow...what a rarity this town is. The bank was in business from 1913 to 1921 and only issued 982 sheets all together. There are only two notes known on this bank, and this is by far the finer of the two, as the other is a VG that last appeared in 1999. This note faces up beautifully and has wonderful pen signatures of V.M. Washam, Vice President and J.M. Dashame, Cashier. This is also where former President Bush calls home, as his ranch is near Crawford, Texas. From our 2011 Memphis auction.
