Grade: PCGS Fine 15
A very intriguing piece as we have never seen this on a T-46 before. The note is moderately circulated and has gigantic margins on all sides. There is a purple rubber ink stamping 'Richmond, VA 1863' on the back; a while back we sold a T-30 like this and it sold well so we will let the bidders decide what they think.
