Grade: PCGS Fine 15
Not only is this T-45 note fully framed but its margins are for the most part oversized at all points. It is bright with bold green 'ONE' overprint and there is even a piece of the '1' counter seen at the bottom from the note below on the sheet. VF in appearance and likely in price as well.
