Although technically not fully framed it is awfully close. The margins are better than what we typically see with both eye appeal and technical grade well above average for this type. PMG notes a minor restoration but the only thing we possibly see is a lower border repaired tear. The price of these escalates from Fine to VF grade and XF notes are rare. A typical VF 30 is worth around $2,000. This shouldn't trail too far behind.
