Grade: PCGS VF 20 PPQ
T-31 notes are so difficult to find with the PPQ/EPQ designation from the grading service. This wholesome note has good signatures, bright paper and excellent orange overprint. This year we have already seen a PCGS VF 25 PPQ sell for $1,175 and a 30 PPQ for $1,410.
