Top Pop at PCGS. A very scarce low denomination note from this condition-challenged issue. The paper that was used for these notes is very coarse so the printing quality and signatures are usually iffy at best. Signed by Daniel Hopkins with more than acceptable paper quality for the VF grade. Newman values this at $650 in VF which is probably a hair on the conservative side.
