Grade: PCGS VF 30PPQ
About 95% fully framed and possessing the coveted PPQ designation. It has boldly applied signatures and has retained excellent ink color. A modestly circulated example of a somewhat tougher early Confederate type. We see very few of these in any grade that have premium paper quality but this one seems quite deserving.
