Hartford Phoenix Bank $100
Grade: PCGS Apparent VF 30
June 1, 1838. Broadly margined for this type and wonderfully signed by both cashier and president. PCGS notes there are pinholes which, considering the thin nature of the paper, is not a big deal at all. We cannot recall having seen another example of this desirable high denomination note since most of the notes we see are $20 denomination or less.
