This is a much scarcer South Carolina issue and is seen with little frequency in the market place. From the back this note looks like a solid XF but the front reveals a couple of extra folds that limit the grade. In recent times lower end VF notes have brought $500-$600 so we would certainly expect to see a greater realization for this note which is very choice for a VF.
