Listed simply as "rare" in Friedberg, and understandably so, as there were only 917 printed of this highest denomination. PCGS has mentioned minor restoration although we have looked this note over from head to toe and cannot see any hint of it. A stunning tri-color note with stellar printing quality, superbly executed signatures and wonderful detail. The technical grade may very well be correct but the eye appeal is that of a solid AU note. Newman lists this at $2,000 in XF with no higher grade given.
