A condition rarity to be sure as virtually no high denomination notes from this issue achieve this lofty grade. The note is lightly circulated, wonderfully signed and as crisp as the day it was printed. Some light folds account for the grade and the PPQ designation, although rarely applied, is well-deserved. Listed in Newman at $500 in XF but with only 2,850 printed this is a conservative value.
